Snuggleberries

Alex loves strawberries... he begged for them at the store.

I generally don't condone naggining. However, if he wants to beg for fruits and vegetables, well then I don't want to stand in his way. So I bought the strawberries at which he was pointing.

When we got home. Alisa and I were unloading the groceries from our cart, when Patrick came in the kitchen and said, "Hey Alex, How's the strawberry?" I turned around and asked Patrick... "Did you give him a strawberry?"
"No I thought you," did was his reply. Alex really must have wanted the strawberries to dig through the grocery bags as soon as we got home.

So we cleaned him up and let him finish the two strawberries and continued organizing the refridgerator. Patrick reiterated the events of his day, whilst we threw away spoilt produce and made room for fresh eggs. Then a percing squeal of joy came from our bedroom. We investigated... Alex had somehow gotten a hold of two more strawberries. He had one in each hand. He bit into them alternately and rolled around in our soft white bedsheets. He looked absolutely blissful. He loves to snuggle... he loves berries... why not snuggle with the berries?

Carsen and Raegan love strawberries too! I think the worst thing that has ever happened to my bed was the one time Raegan got the lid off the red fingernail polish...yeah, bed, carpet, and door... At least it was just little dabs where she missed while painting her whole legs... It was exciting and the whole house smelled like nail polish!
