It's warm enough to barbecue!

This week went by very quickly. We had a fun and busy week. Tuesday night Patrick and I went up to mom and dad's and had a barbecue. (We ate citrus lime chicken fajitas!) Patrick took pictures of me cooking on the deck. After the Barbecue we watched the Jazz Game. Catherine and Mike brought over Cool Ranch tortilla chips. We pigged out and it was a lot of fun. The game was very ugly. Especially in the fourth quarter. No one was making any shots and it was really sloppy basketball. At least the Jazz won. I am really excited for this afternoon they play the Spurs. We are really looking forward to the game. On Thursday I went to a retirement party for a women I work with from the private school. It was really fun to hear everyone talk about next year and to think that I won't be there next year. On Friday we celebrated Melissa's birthday and had another barbecue!!! The cake was so good. We got to play with Carsen and Raegan. The weather has been so nice and mom and dad's backyard looks so good. They have decorated the deck to make it so beautiful and comfortable. I love going out on the deck and sitting on the porch swing. Yesterday was really fun. Other than the fact that we got to sleep in, we spent the day planning for the baby. We went and looked at car seats and cribs. We got a high chair, and a car seat. We also looked at cribs some more. I can't wait till this baby comes. I am so excited. I think about it constantly. I love it when I feel him move. (Maybe, this is because he is pretty calm.) I just can't wait till we can play with him. Right now I have to resort to poking my tummy to try and get him to move. Last night Patrick and I went to a fun movie with mom and dad. We say the movie Next. Patrick and I only find time to watch TV if it is a Jazz game, and it has been months since we last saw a movie. It was very fun to go to the theater. It is amazing how intense movies are when you so rarely watch them. Well, it was another fun week at our house.

Might I point out that cool ranch doritos are really good when dipped in sour cream....
